I ordered about 40 over the past year for an associate director of my company. I read it & ordered more for various other managers. He uses a Chapter in his monthly global meetings. They read it and discuss how they can implement it. The book is excellent, easy to understand, and easy to put in practice. I believe every manager and employee should read it and practice what is on the pages.
